mihaela christou - bespoke jewellery is made to be loved and I want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your piece/s. If for any reason you are not, a refund is possible as long as the items are returned in original condition and unworn along with all original packaging. You will need to cover any return postage costs and ensure they reach me safely and undamaged. Please take a proof of postage when sending your returns as a refund is not possible if the item is lost and there is no proof of postage.
