All pieces will be made to order. Due to hand making process and natural stones (that differ in their natural shades, tones and patterns) some unique yet beautiful variations are expected, making your piece truly one off.  Put it like this, no one will have exactly the same bracelet as yours, sounds good doesn't it?!

Sizing

There are three set sizes to fit comfortably around a wrist sizes up to 16, 17 & 18cm. 

Please choose your wrist size not your usual bracelet size.

As all stones differ in size each bracelet will have a different fit once closed therefore the size of your wrist is asked rather than the standard size of bracelet you usually wear.

For bracelets made with 4mm stones; 

wrist size up to 16cm = 17.5cm bracelet length

wrist size up to 17cm = 18.5cm bracelet length

wrist size up to 18cm = 19.5cm bracelet length

For bracelets made with 8mm stones (Large Stacking Bracelets); 

wrist size up to 16cm = 18cm bracelet length

wrist size up to 17cm = 19cm bracelet length

wrist size up to 18cm = 20cm bracelet length

Measuring your wrist

Wrap your wrist tightly with a soft measuring tape with no wiggle room (you can also use a thin ribbon or a cord, mark the length and then measure that length against a ruler) and that is your wrist size. 
Please DO NOT add additional length to that measurement or your bracelet will be too big, I will add to that measurement to ensure a perfect fit. 

Special Care Instructions

Some gemstones are soft and porous. Therefore, certain skin oils, water, detergent & over exposure to sunlight can affect their colour. 
Gemstones are sometimes heat treated and/or colour filled to bring the best tone out of them. With those, the colour from the stone can sometimes transfer to the skin. If this occurs, washing the skin with soap and warm water should remove any excess colour. This should stop altogether after few wears.
When not worn, it is recommended to keep your lovely piece in the pouch provided to prevent over-oxidising.
As with any Silver/steel tarnishing can occur due to exposure to water and oxidation. Using Silver Polishing cloth should restore shine.

Returns

mihaela christou - bespoke jewellery is made to be loved and I want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your piece/s. 
If for any reason you are not, a refund is possible as long as the items are returned in original condition and unworn along with all original packaging. 
You will need to cover any return postage costs and ensure they reach me safely and undamaged. 
Please take a proof of postage when sending your returns as a refund is not possible if the item is lost and there is no proof of postage.
